Yes, all the items or services are guaranteed in this website.  All the products are guaranteed against any defects upon arrival, if the product arrives defective please call to initiate an exchange within 10 days after the shipping date.

What is thePro-cal return policy?
If you are not satisfied with Pro-cal (weekly or monthly supply) just call us within 10 days and ask the representative for a return number. Please return all used and unused packaging with its box. The representative will give you the correct return address.

What is the return policy for all other products sold in this website?
We will only exchange defective products.  If your item arrives defective please call us within 10 days of the date item was received to initiate a refund. Please call us at 718-626-7373 to receive an authorization code and return address.  If you pass the 10 days than this return policy is voided. 

How does Pro-cal really work?
The weight loss products are natural and safe. Used world wide by doctors and nutritionist. You simply follow our easy instructions and prepare the milkshakes and puddings to enjoy for yourself and see the weight melt away.

When will I see weight loss results with Pro-cal?
At the latest you should see weight loss within seven days. In fact, you might see results within three days. However, we recommend to weigh yourself before you begin the program and then weigh yourself again in exactly one week (7 days). To really gage the results.

How soon will I receive the products?

How can I cancel an order that I have not received?
You can only cancel an order if the product has not arrived at your home.  To cancel an order please immediately call with your order number 888-802-4085, to have the order canceled.  Please note that if your order has been processed and/or shipped, you will be charged the shipping and handling fees as well as a 20% restocking fee.   If your order was not reviewed and/or processed (your credit card was not charged and/or sent to the fulfillment department and/or shipped) you will not be charged anything.  Please call us if you have any further questions regarding the cancellation of an order.
