Order Acceptance/ Our right to refuse to sell.

Return and Cancellation Policies You may call to exchange an item within 10 days of the shipment date, only if it was received damaged due to shipping. Refunds are never issued. All exchanges must be accompanied by the invoice. There are no returns, no exception. To exchange an item, please call 888-802-4085 to obtain an authorization number and correct address to mail the item. Unauthorized exchanges will not be accepted without the return authorization number. Any other form of returns will not be accepted or credited back to your account.You must provide the original packaging and any other materials that were received when returning the merchandise for an exchange.
